Shipping and Returns

Shipping Policy

We take pride in hand pouring and inspecting each item before it is packaged and shipped to ensure that you receive the highest quality product. We ask that you allow up to 3-5 days for your items to ship, as we take the time to make sure that each one is perfect! 

 

Please note that orders containing candles or wax melts will be shipped out on days Monday through Wednesday. This policy is in place to prevent your wax items from being exposed to extended periods of heat while in sitting in warehouses or shipping trucks, ensuring their quality upon delivery.

Return & Exchange Policy

We stand by the quality of our products and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Our 14-day return policy ensures that you have enough time to thoroughly evaluate your product. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please let us know and we will provide a refund/exchange. Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging with proof of purchase.

 

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We recommend requesting a tracking number when mailing your return. ā€‹After the receipt of your item, please allow up to five (5) days for us to inspect and process your return/exchange. You will be notified by email when the process has been completed. 

Damaged Items

We understand that sometimes issues may arise during shipping. That's why we ask that you inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at officialreverieco@gmail.com with picture proof  that your item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong order.  

Lost or Stolen Items

Unfortunately, once your package has shipped, we cannot be held accountable for any lost, stolen, or mis-delivered packages. Please contact the carrier for insight on the whereabouts of your package.  Please do not hesitate to reach out to us for further assistance.
