If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please let us know and we will provide a refund/exchange. Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging with proof of purchase. Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. Your order is expected to be shipped out within 3-5 business days. Please note that orders containing candles or wax melts will be shipped out on days Monday through Wednesday. This policy is in place to prevent your wax items from being exposed to extended periods of heat while sitting in warehouses or shipping trucks, ensuring their quality upon delivery.
